Allison Chapleau

Bringing eight years of experience with her, Allison M. Chapleau, joined the Alain Pinel Investment Group as a Senior Investment Associate in 2010. Prior to this, Allison worked as a Senior  Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap, where she specialized in the sale of multi-housing properties in the San Francisco market as well as other major metropolitan areas throughout the United States.  She sold over $94 million worth of apartment buildings, land and commercial retail shopping centers. In 2002, Allison was one of the founding members of SFRex, a networking organization targeted towards commercial real estate professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area. She remains active in the leadership and organization of the networking business.
