Andy brings to APR a wealth of skill and professionalism, and a strong business track record of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Andy was born and raised in San Francisco, earned his degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Go Bears!), and has enjoyed his entire professional career living in the SF Bay Area. His three daughters grew up through the Cupertino Union School District where Andy continues to remain involved with in various voluntary committees and fundraising events.
Each real estate purchase or sell experience is as varied as the property being listed or searched for, and is as unique as each client’s objective, situation, and personality. As such, each client relationship that Andy entertains begins with an interview to learn about your personal situation and goals before designing an individualized strategy for success. He is happy to talk with you whether you are a first time buyer, looking to upgrade to a new location, or perhaps wanting to downsize to a smaller home.
Andy believes in bringing value to the relationship with knowledge of the property & surrounding area, pricing, marketing, contracts, and disclosure requirements. Further strength is his ability to garner quality resources in areas such as finance, inspections, home improvement, appraisals, remodeling, staging, and real estate law. He is also highly skilled in negotiations and assessing market values.
Prior to joining Alain Pinel Realtors, Andy’s extensive background included product marketing, international sales, software development, customer operations, escalation management, and customer advocacy roles for several Silicon Valley companies. He has held management responsibilities at large corporations such as Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, and Xerox, and along the way founded a couple of much, much, smaller entities. His multi-faceted and interdisciplinary background allows Andy to look at the entire picture while giving attention to all the details necessary to make your transaction as smooth as possible.
