We met Arlene this past summer at an open house that she was hosting in the Rosegarden neighborhood in San Jose. At the time, we lived in a townhouse and talked about relocating to an actual house. So from time to time, we would stop to look at houses to get ideas about what we wanted in a home and to stay up to date with the market. Arlene was very welcoming at the open house as she was multi-tasking with a number of viewers.
