Michael Nevis began his career with Alain Pinel Realtors in 1991. MichaelÆs business savvy and diversified promotional marketing approach catapulted him into the ranks of top producer specializing in Los Gatos properties. Given the inherent complexities of mountain, hillside and estate properties MichaelÆs experience allowed him to accumulate uncommon knowledge as well as an invaluable network. Michael has mentored several agents to success with a unique approach to mentorship allowing for individuality not one size fits all. In 1994 Michael played a key role in the development of Alain PinelÆs prestigious Masters Program. He remains committed to the program instructing on agency, negotiation, promotional marketing, presentations, communicating red flags, and career development. In 2003 Michael launched the Career Development department for APR. As Director he developed programs to uniquely provide sales professionals with the most grounded approach to achieving success. Also in 2003 Michael was promoted to Vice President of Alain Pinel Realtors and opened their first and only San Jose office focusing on luxury properties. Michael managed nearly 70 agents on sales, business planning and customer service. In 2008 Michael returned to his passion, selling, rejoining the Los Gatos office and teaming with his wife Teri and top producer Amy McCafferty. 

Amy Arnell McCafferty , started her real estate career in 1988 and has achieved the status of Top Producer in sales as well as a successful practice in Interior Design. With degrees in both Marketing and Interior Design Amy has the expertise to effectively stage and market properties ensuring the best results for her sellers. AmyÆs expertise benefits buyers as she is able to communicate the design potential and functionality and any particular home. Amy enables her clients to make decisions! In 2005 Amy was selected to serve on APRÆs Marketing Advisory Council as a liaison for the firms marketing department and sales force. Amy is part of a distinguished group of real estate professionals bringing together the most sophisticated and technologically advanced marketing firms to serve the Alain Pinel agents. 2006: After earning the designation as a Certified Senior Residential Specialist Amy serves on APRÆs Senior Advisory Council. This organization is dedicated to developing APRÆs position as a market leader benefiting seniors with real estate needs. In 2007 Amy was selected to mentor new agents joining the firm. Amy coaches agents to develop a business plan and has assisted several beginners through complicated transactions.
