Gloria and Caitlin specialize in the Bay Area towns of Atherton, Menlo Park, Woodside, Los Altos, Portola Valley and Palo Alto.  Additionally, they have access to many real estate professionals throughout the greater Bay Area that can assist with in depth market knowledge.

Gloria and Caitlin share with their clients their own varied experience as real estate investors who have bought, renovated, and sold their own properties over the years.  A veteran of many real estate transactions Gloria knows first hand how stressful the process may be.  Gloria and Caitlin are supported by a licensed assistant.  Their professional goal is to bring the highest level of service to each client.

Early on in her career, Gloria developed relationships with Silicon Valley leaders and continues these relationships today.  Most of Gloria's clients come from repeat customers and referrals from previous clients.   Gloria represented the buyer of one of the most premier and notable properties ever sold in Atherton - the Heller Estate.  

Having weathered the many cycles of real estate in the past 30 years of business, she is able to share her knowledge with established clients as well as a new generation of buyers and sellers.

As the daughter of one of the top producing Silicon Valley Real Estate agents it was a natural choice for Caitlin to join the real estate ranks.  She began buying her own properties in 1998 and after several more transactions knew that was where her heart and soul belonged!  Caitlin brings a plethora of fresh skills to the Real Estate industry.  She was a Director at Charles Schwab in San Francisco. Prior to that she worked as a Management Consultant for PriceWaterhouse and Anderson Consulting.  

In 2005 they were named amongst the top 200 brokers in the country.
