Meet Andrea
Born and raised right here on the Peninsula, Andrea is proud to call the Bay Area home. A graduate of Mills High School, Andrea went on to complete two degrees in college. In 2004, she finished up her college career at UC Davis and graduated with a Degree in Mortuary Science. Andrea worked several years as an Embalmer and a Funeral Director at a Mortuary in Sacramento until she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.
Andrea started her Real Estate career in Stockton, one of the most difficult real estate markets in the country. If you watched, read, or listened to the news during those years, you were well aware that Stockton and the Central Valley were considered the Foreclosure Capital of the United States. Before the Bay Area even heard of a “Short Sale,” Andrea was negotiating with the Banks and quickly became one of the leading “Short Sale” experts in the valley.
With a longing for home, Andrea moved back to the Bay Area with her family to continue her Real Estate career. Andrea has worked with many of the leading banks, on short sales and bank owned properties (REO), including: Wells Fargo, Bank Of America, Countrywide, WAMU, Chase, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wachovia, Accredited Home Loans, HSBC, World Savings, Citi Mortgage, Citibank, Ocwen, Old Republic, First American, etc…
In the last few years Andrea has successfully sold over 75 homes. She is a Relocation Specialist for Alain Pinel Realtors and takes pride in providing outstanding service to all of her clients. Andrea has worked with many buyers and sellers and understands the diverse situations that may arise during the listing process or while in escrow.
