Experience, a family of Realtors: Involved in Real Estate since 1994, Anita also grew up as a Realtor’s daughter. Both parents were licensed in Arizona and the family emphasized the importance of buying Real Estate as investments. Many summers and weekends were spent fixing up rental property and improving investments. Sister, Lisa is a Realtor in Conneticut.

Community Involvement has always been an important part of Anita’s personal life. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of San Jose. 

Anita is an alumnae of the University of Arizona.  Her Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry help make Anita a natural in analyzing numbers and reports.  

Remodeling and Construction:  Anita’s background with her own remodels and contracting new construction in Saratoga and Los Gatos has helped her clients immensely. Anita’s knowledge of the city planning process, permit process, architectural contracts, and of course, pricing makes her a natural choice for anyone looking to purchase a home.
