A Bit About Audrey...

A realtor since 1989, Audrey focuses on her clients’ needs. Keeping her customer’s interests at heart is what brings them back to her, again and again, for each of their real estate transactions.

Born in Cincinnati, Audrey grew up in the Village of Glendale, Ohio. After getting her degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, Audrey came west to begin a career in the hospitality industry in San Francisco.

Audrey spent 17 years in conference sales for such grand San Francisco hotels as the Stanford Court, the Four Seasons Clift and the San Francisco Hilton. She arranged guestrooms, meeting and banquet space for conventions and conferences, and set room rates for guests—and thus honed her skills at negotiating contracts, handling high-level meetings, and paying attention to all the little details.

These are precisely the skills she brings to her home-buying, home-selling transactions today!

Audrey’s Approach

Audrey is a Certified Residential Specialist. This designation—held by less than 4% of realtors—recognizes both experience and professional education. After nearly 20 years in the business, Audrey knows what people buying or selling their home want:

·        A realtor who pays attention to their needs. Audrey feels that listening is one of the greatest skills a realtor can have. Audrey listens to what customers say—and to what they don’t say! She asks questions and then listens to the answers.

·        A plan to accomplish their goals.  Audrey’s been closing real estate deals since 1989, with years of completing complex hotel contracts prior to that. She’s an expert at handling intricate negotiations, paying attention to the minutia, and getting the job done.

·        Confidence in the process, without any pressure. Audrey enjoys working with first-time buyers, helping them through the often confusing process of home buying. She certainly inspires confidence in her customers; that’s why so much of her business comes from referrals from happy customers.

Country Roads, City Streets—to Your New Home

Want to go look at houses? Audrey probably won’t drive you there on the freeway. She knows you can’t get a feel for the neighborhood if she just zooms you in from the off-ramp. “I know all the surface roads, the back-ways and the scenic routes. Some might take longer—in fact, some are downright inconvenient! But my clients need that information up front. I want them to know the houses, the neighborhoods, and the cities from every angle, so they can find the best home for their needs.”

“I think of my clients as family, so I care about the results. Helping you find or sell your home is not just another “deal” to me. I’m available to answer questions even after you’ve moved in—and I’m here when you start to think about your next move!”
