Licensed in 1969, Bill has over 30 years of Bay Area Real Estate experience.  Bill has experience in both residential and commercial real estate, including sales and leasing of commercial properties.

 

Education

B.A. Degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College in upstate New York.  Numerous courses in real estate including Ethics, 1031 Exchanges, Real Estate Law, and Principles of Real Estate. 

 

Professional Organization

Bill is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the San Mateo County Association of Realtors and the San Francisco Association of Realtors.  Bill also subscribes to Loopnet, a nationwide commercial multiple listing system.  Bill is a former President of his local Board of Realtors and is currently serving as the Chair of the Elections Committee.

 

Personal Background  
Bill is married to Gretchen, and has two children, Adrienne, a recent graduate of Reed College, and Trevor, currently attending Humboldt State University.  He is on the board of Directors of the Coastside Adult Day Health Center and enjoys travel, skiing, and the occasional game of golf.  He looks forward to assisting you with your next real estate transaction.
