I don’t think there is a better agent than Brenda anywhere. She is knowledgeable, competent, energetic, and service-oriented. She advised us on buying our house when we moved to Saratoga, “This is the house you are going to buy. We will look at other houses, but this is the one you are going to buy. It is a great location and the best fit for your family needs.” We raised our kids in the house Brenda picked out. When the time came to sell our beautiful Saratoga house fifteen years later, of course we went back to Brenda. And she was right: we could have bought elsewhere, as some of our friends did, but we wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much, nor would we have realized the economic benefits that we did.
For our house sale, Brenda surveyed the house and advised us on things to fix-up, touch-up, and replace. And what not to do. Brenda offered us qualified contractor recommendations for all aspects of home sale preparation. She worked with us on follow-up to make adjustments during house preparation.
