BRUCE STEPHENSON OWEN
A native San Franciscan with roots going back to the Gold Rush era, Bruce has been a career real estate executive and broker for over 40 years acquiring along the way a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the representation of outstanding properties. For many years he was an international financial intermediary involved with the financing, development and management of residential and commercial properties throughout the country and Europe. During the last 15 years or so he has dedicated himself exclusively to the representation of buyers and sellers of San Francisco’s finest properties. His extensive background in the business and social community has allowed him to access and, hence, analyze and represent properties that may be suitable and uniquely qualified for a wide variety of buyers be they domestic or foreign.
In addition to his unique knowledge of the luxury housing market of the San Francisco Bay Area, Bruce is able to offer the services of the noted international designer and decorator, Alexandra Owen, who has designed and supervised the interior build-outs and custom refurbishing of many prestigious homes and condominiums in these elite areas.
Bruce was educated on both coasts and has lived in Mexico City, Rome and London from which he operated his offshore real estate business. Over his business career he has actively been involved with real estate in the principal cities of the U.S. closing in excess of $2 billion in transactions in the process. His passions include reading history, food and wine as well as the collection and racing of classic sports and Grand Prix cars.
