As a native Bay Area resident, I have lived and owned properties in the East Bay, Santa Cruz, Marin & San Francisco counties. I've also lived in San Diego, Lake Tahoe, New York City, New Jersey & Connecticut. My Grandfather worked on the construction of the Bay Bridge & my Grandmother was a "Rosie Riveter" in the naval shipyards in Richmond, California during the war effort.
I have an intimate knowledge of many prominent Bay Area neighborhoods and a huge resource library of building trades & related maintenance services, as well as, finance & marketing professionals. My family currently owns a successful construction management company in the East Bay Area. My 19 year old son Dylan, a 6th generation San Franciscan, is a freshman at USF on a golf scholarship.
I am passionate about everything real estate & all things related to the home. I've been a remodeling contractor, commercial & residential interior designer and property surveyor as well as a project manager for various construction & design projects on both coasts.
I attended Cabrillo College in Aptos where I was awarded a full scholarship to the California College of the Arts in Oakland. In my 5th year there, I created a unique course and later taught at that institution for 3 trimesters. I'm an avid photographer and HD video producer and use those technologies often in my sales work.
I often lend my efforts to Habitat for Humanity and EARN, a local not for profit organization, helping families achieve their dreams of home ownership.
