As a Broker Associate I bring to APR a wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism.  As a resident of the Mid-Peninsula area since 1963, I give my clients the benefit of being represented by someone who knows and has lived in the community.  My wife and I live in Palo Alto with our two children, who attend public schools.  I am very active in my community volunteering on boards that support my children's schools, church and other local organizations.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder.  Before I decided to dedicate my energies full time to real estate, I had extensive experience in high technology and enterprise software/services sales working for such notable employers as Oracle and PeopleSoft.  Immediately following college I spent 6 years in the US Navy as a carrier based jet pilot.  Paralleling my initial professional careers I garnered over 20 years experience in residential property management and in managing my own residential real estate investment portfolio that included single family, condominium and vacation properties. 

My success can be attributed to my persistence and responsiveness to my clients.  I believe it is important to listen to my clients to identify their needs and then respond with solutions.  My clients feel that my attention to detail and fulfillment of their unique and special needs have been my strengths.
