Charlene Chang, Stanford M.B.A.

Charlene is an experienced agent who uses her extensive prior engineering, construction and management experience to optimize solutions for her real estate clients. She employs a consultative approach and strategizes the optimal plan for each of her clients.  

Charlene combines her lifelong career passions in real estate and marketing to provide dedicated and customized service to her clients. Charlene’s interest in real estate started when she trained as a civil engineer at MIT. After serving as an engineer for an internationally renowned architectural firm, she managed marquee projects with a major construction management firm, and developed residential properties with a national real estate development company.

Marketing skills are extremely important to provide great service for real estate clients, and Charlene brings a wealth of experience in marketing. After obtaining her MBA at Stanford, Charlene served as a brand manager with a Fortune 500 consumer products company, consulted for a number of Bay Area companies, and was a Vice President of Marketing for a start-up.

Charlene has lived in Palo Alto with her family for over 12 years and is an active investor, avid tennis player and devoted mother of two.  She loves hiking, reading, crafts, art and fashion.  Her children's passion for fostering dogs has become a favorite family pastime.
