Chloe is a Silicon Valley native.  Having lived in Los Gatos, Saratoga, and San Jose at various points in her life, she is intimately familiar with the area and with much of the local history.  Chloe specializes in working with older homes, with all their gorgeous details and unexpected quirks, and dates her love of Victorians to the Bellringer where she grew up in Los Gatos.  After graduating from Scripps College, one of the five Claremont Colleges in Southern California, Chloe returned to the Bay Area looking for a non-traditional approach to employing her degree in Creative Writing.

Chloe was impressed by Alain Pinel Realtors and its Masters training program, which she feels gives her the advantage over more seasoned agents in the business.  Chloe brings to APR a wealth of skill and professionalism.  She is a graduate of the Masters program and is a Quality Service Certified professional.  She also is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  Chloe has a deep dedication to her clients and will go above and beyond to make buying or selling their home as smooth as possible.  She is flexible, loves working with people, and is comfortable with homes of all price ranges.
