Christina McNair is a graduate of the University of San Francisco where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Human Resources. Born and raised in San Francisco, Christina has lived in the Novato/Marin area for 18 years and has been selling Marin real estate for over 17 years, having worked for the same brokers, Steve Dickason and Craig Silvestri, for that time. Christina was in the top 0.5% of all agents in Marin County in 2007 and 2008 and has won numerous awards throughout her career, many as a local top-producer. Christina is a member of CAR, MAR, Who’s Who in Real Estate Nationwide and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World – Luxury Portfolio division. Since joining Alain Pinel Realtors, Christina was elected to the Alain Pinel Realtors Agent Advisory Committee, became an APR Relocation Specialist and was named a Main Anchor Agent for the APR Novato office.

Christina has always provided impeccable service to her clients, and because of this, the volume of her business rapidly grew as she became a strong presence in the Marin real estate market. Due to this growth she knew she could not deliver her high standard of service on her own, so she expanded her business to a team, first by adding a Sales and Marketing Coordinator 11 years ago and then a Buyer’s Agent four years later. Kasey Childs-Briare and Karla Farrell fill these roles respectively, and bring the outstanding level of service Team McNair is known for to every client and transaction.

Kasey Childs-Briare was born and raised in Marin and started her real estate career at Scott McCall & Co. while attending Terra Linda High School. She continued working in real estate, property management, title and escrow throughout most of her career and recently joined Team McNair as their Marketing and Sales Coordinator, bringing her exceptional marketing, customer service and business skills to the team. In this position, Kasey provides all aspects of administration that keep the business running smoothly, such as maintaining Team McNair’s websites, researching marketing promotions, putting marketing pieces together and coordinating events.  Kasey oversees the activities for all of Team McNair’s listings by preparing homes for the market, coordinating all web and print marketing and advertising, communicating with realtors who are showing properties to get feedback on the homes, creating property websites and organizing and preparing broker’s open houses and Sunday open houses. Kasey also serves as Team McNair’s Escrow Transaction Coordinator for each sale.

Karla Farrell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Development at Cal Poly, San Louis Obispo and attended graduate school at the University of San Diego where she earned a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Karla specializes in buyers by providing them with detailed service.  Initially, she meets with all buyers to complete a buyer criteria list which provides her with detailed, precise information of the buyer’s wishes. She then formats these search criteria, customizing them to meet the client’s needs.  Karla personally previews homes, coordinates showing homes, and gives community overviews to prospective buyers. Upon the client’s decision to write an offer, she educates the buyer about the offer making process and the upcoming steps of escrow. She is in constant communication with the client, mortgage broker, title company and listing agent throughout escrow, is present at all inspections and provides further referrals for any additional specialists that may be needed.
