    Chris Morris has been selling properties in Los Gatos and the surrounding communities since 1980. Chris has experience selling homes, land and investment properties throughout the area.  If you are looking at selling or buying property his years of experience in the marketplace can help you to have a smooth real estate transaction.

    Chris and his wife Lee came to the area to attend San Jose State in the early 70´s. They liked the area so much that they stayed after graduating. Chris has with his degree in Public Relations and Lee with hers in nursing. Both are active in local Lion´s clubs. Chris is a past president of the Los Gatos Lions Club, while Lee is a past president of the club in Santa Clara. Chris is also a past president of the local board of Realtors and the Santa Clara County Blind Center.

    If you are looking for someone with experience at helping folks sell and buy homes and at solving  problems before they come up you can count on Chris. In twenty-eight years he has seen most of the things that can happen in a sale. He has the knowledge and experience to keep the customer´s side of the transaction a smooth and easy experience.
