The Master's Program
The APR Master's Program is an industry-leading, comprehensive curriculum designed to ground current and new Realtors in industry basics, deliver technology updates, improve your business development skills, and provide in-depth coverage of contracts, disclosures, and inspections. Upon completion, Realtors receive APR Certification and membership in the President's Circle.
Course offerings include:
Industry and APR Introduction — designed to introduce you to APR and ground you in the intricacies of our industry.
Contracts, Disclosures, and Inspections — provides in-depth coverage of contracts and contract negotiation, disclosure duties, buyer/broker agreements, writing offers, working with loan officers, understanding risk management, and forms.
Marketing — learn how to market yourself and your inventory while sharpening your interviewing and negotiating skills, overcoming objections, developing promotional strategies, and staging properties.
Developing a Business Plan — gain one-on-one assistance with developing a business plan.
Advanced Agent Training — guest experts will join you for in-depth discussions of advanced topics.
Build Your Team — agents learn from expert practitioners and leave the course having met skilled professionals who may become a part of their real estate network.
Technical Training
Technology is an important differentiator for APR Realtors. Our fully staffed training team continually offers courses at APR training centers and branches through classroom teaching, Web-based online instruction, and self-paced learning.
We cover all APR technology — from Microsoft productivity applications, Internet skills, and local MLS services, to use of my.apr.com and apr.com, Estates Online, and Profit Power. APR Realtors can log onto my.apr.com anytime to learn new versions of technology tools and view training videotapes.
