Just a note to let you know that our Realtor, Della Martin did a great job in working with us to find a property.  As you know, the real estate environment has been challenging this year with difficult sellers and buyers.  I would put my wife and I in both of these categories.  We have had a very difficult sale of our house in Marin that took much longer than expected and we were on again off again in looking for property.  Della was very patient throughout the ordeal and worked very closely with our listing agent as well as provided her insight in some difficult situations.  In finding a property, she had to deal with different wants and needs from my wife, Sarah and me.  This was no small chore!  Her advice was always right on (even if I didn't always listen!)

 

At the end of the day, Della  was flexible enough to make a deal work for us.  We love our new neighborhood and have met may nice people.
