My wife and I worked with Dave Reno on the purchase of our first home as a couple and completed the transaction this past April. We could not be happier with the house Dave found or the entire experience while working with Dave. We were set on the items we wanted in a new house along with the neighborhood and knew that the process would take a few months. Dave was always willing to take hours out of his Saturdays and Sundays to view properties. Not only did he take time on the weekends, he would even preview numerous houses during the week so that we did not waste our time on the weekends viewing properties that did not meet our expectations.
He also has a great network of resources. If Dave does not immediately know the answer to your question, instead of tossing out an answer he will actually take the time to get you the correct information. Along with taking the time to find the correct answer, Dave is also very accessible and extremely prompt in returning emails/calls along with providing timely updates on the process.
