Diane Rosland

Diane's prior two decades of experience before joining Alain Pinel Realtors was in sales in the area of building products. She worked for American Standard, Formica, Collins & Aikman and Contract Resource Group, which entailed dealing with architects, designers, dealers and distributors focusing on products for the building industry.  This set the groundwork for her knowledge of the construction industry.

Diane moved from New York to San Francisco in 1984 and then to Menlo Park in 1991. She and her husband, Rodney, a local dentist in Los Gatos, currently reside in Portola Valley. Since then, Diane has completed two major remodeling projects and built two homes where she personally developed the specifications and managed the construction. Her experience and knowledge of sales, design, architecture and construction is an asset when working with Diane; her experience will give you an edge.

Simultaneously, through the years, Diane has with great energy and enthusiasm volunteered for several organizations. Back east she helped raise funds for the benefit of the United States Equestrian Team and the Mentally Handicapped Citizens of Somerset County. In San Francisco she was Chairman of the Programs Committee for the Institute of Business Designers for five years providing monthly programs that were educational and inspirational in nature. Diane also presided on the board of the Santa Clara Chapter of the Norseman Federation for ten years sponsoring traditional and outdoor events for the organization. Recently she has become an active member of the Peninsula Volunteers, which supports programs and services benefiting the elder citizens on the San Francisco Peninsula. She has demonstrated her commitment to helping and supporting others in need through these organizations.
