Marc helped me develop a clear picture of what I was looking for in a house and clearly explained the proper timing & scheduling for a home purchase & sale. All through this process Marc was able to provide every bit of information I needed.
Now that I was able to decide on a home I wanted Marc developed an offer, and aggressively persuade the seller’s agent to insure that my offer/counter offer was accepted.
