Gary Williams has spent over thirty five years assisting Bay Area owners of income producing real estate with their buying and selling needs. His experience includes the handling of complex transactions involving: apartment complexes, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties and raw land. A number of these assignments have involved tax deferred exchanges and bank owned assets. The properties have been located throughout the Bay Area as well as in other western states, and have ranged in price between $1 million and $14 million.
Given his background in marketing, Gary is especially adept at designing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to assist owners in disposing of difficult to sell assets.
