Howard's current big project is sales and promotion for Rim Rock Ranch, Vineyard Estates. RRR is a gated enclave of 20 acre parcels with wide roads, abundant wells, rich red earth and amazing views. The development is geared towards vineyard and horse enthusiasts.
Howard moved to the Sonoma Valley from Shell, Wyoming (pop. 50) where he was the proprietor, cowboy, chef, cook and bottle washer for Hap's Equestrian B & B. For 15 years prior he was a Tour Director for Tauck World Adventures land and sea programs in the U.S.A, Europe and Australia.
