Sherry Hitchcock
Sherry Hitchcock is a real estate broker, a native Californian, and a graduate of San Jose State University. A resident of Silicon Valley for most of her life, Sherry finds over 85% of her business comes from referrals, representing both buyers and sellers. Sherry ranks in the top 5% of Santa Clara county realtors. She is experienced in 1031 tax exchange, and in probate, trustee and divorce sales. Sherry's core expertise is serving the communities from Menlo Park through San Jose, including the communities of Los Altos, Mt. Sherry and her husband live in the country on a horse farm. They share an interest in horses and historic home restoration, having restored a Queen Anne Victorian and a carriage house. Sherry has volunteered as a home coordinator on historic home tours, has chaired a local grant from the National Trust for Historic Preservation and has served as a board member for local non-profit organizations.
