"If you do what you love, people love what you do." That pretty much sums up my 30 years in real estate. I treat my clients the way I want to be treated - with trust, professionalism, and a little sense of humor. Whether moving in or moving out, it's my job to make the experience a memorable and enjoyable experience. Selling or buying a home shouldn't be a traumatic experience I've worked very hard to figure out just how to do just that.
Some things that helped me get there -
I was honored to serve as the 2005 President of the California Association of REALTORS (an organization of 180,000 real estate professionals).
20 years of managing real estate offices
I've lectured on real estate issues throughout the country and served as a trusted advisor for numerous publications and radio programs
I've developed intuitive programs to help clients develop a clear picture what their real needs are - whether buying or selling
I consider myself a real estate counselor. Everyone's needs are different, and sometimes that doesn't involve a purchase or a sale. There are times when you need someone to help take the next step. Sometimes you just need a resource for answers or information. And at times you just need someone to listen. I can help you arrive at decisions that involve not just whether to buy or sell, but how that decision affects you today, tomorrow, and for the long term. If you are looking for a different kind of real estate "experience," call me - you'll be glad you did. I'll never let you down!
