The first time we put our home on the market, she sent over a team who washed our windows, steam cleaned our carpets, and cleaned the house from top to bottom. This was a part of her services. She takes pride in the homes she sells. In fact, she treats them as if they were her own. She also, took care of our animals when we had to go out of town.
I remember a couple of times our gardener “flaked” out on us before an open house. I called Jo Ann and no problem, she sent over her own gardener who mowed our lawn right before the open house (at no charge!). She is also very responsive about answering your phone calls and emails and getting back to you in a timely manner.
