Jim has a range of experience representing sellers and buyers with a variety of properties including Single Family Homes, Condominiums and Townhouses and Raw/Unimproved and Improved Land.

A long term Bay Area resident for over 30 years, and Real Estate Professional since 1991, Jims focus has been to provide full-time service to his clients as a Realtor. Over the years Jim has developed a familiarity of the real estate industry. His mother was a Realtor and his sister is a lender.  Jim started as a real estate appraiser, and moving on to mortgage banking, Jim realized the value in understanding all aspects of Real Estate.

Jim’s diligent approach to the fine details in every transaction, combined with extensive experience as a top negotiator, gives him the ability to provide exceptional service to his clients.

Utilizing and keeping up with changing technology is a must. By using the internet, email and traditional forms of marketing and advertising maximum exposure in achieved and in turn Jim’s clients receive the maximum return on their investment.

Jim and his wife Tracy, have two children, Alixzandra and Jacob. His hobbies include gardening, mountain biking, and all snow sports.
