We had Julia sell our home and were so happy. Everything went so smoothly and she really made it seem easy. She was very organized and worked with our schedules. She gave us advice on how to best show our home and tips on what people would be looking for. She was great about following up with all the agents that came through and got feedback from the different buyers about what they liked and didn't like about the home. She also lives in Pleasanton so she knows about the schools, shops and activities in the area and was able to give her opinions about why Pleasanton is such a great place to live! Julia was a great partner in our move from the Oakland hills to Pleasanton. She is professional, personable, and will do whatever it takes to get you into your dream house. Finding a house was the easy part for us. However, without Julia's expertise and guidance afterwards, we definitely wouldn't be living where we are now. First, her knowledge and insight of the market in this area is unmatched. She gave us counsel in our negotiations as we beat out five other offers and still knew that we were getting a great deal! Second, her persistence and hard work served us well in the loan process. Like many others in this market, we were having problems with the mortgage company and were often getting the run around. At one point, Julia actually contacted the vice president of the company to advocate on our behalf. A few nights before the close of escrow, we were told by a loan officer that the vice president actually took our loan documents home to finish them himself! Without Julia, we are positive that our loan would have been lost in the shuffle.

Julia is the best. We were lucky to have her represent us as our realtor and now feel lucky to have her as a neighbor.

Julia Murtagh recently performed an excellent job of selling my home in Pleasanton. Her knowledge of the real estate market and experience in selling were key for our transaction. Julia had numerous recommendations to enhance the attractiveness of the property, such as upgrading the appliances and kitchen counter tops, which consequently became an important factor in selling my house. Staging the house properly was crucial. Julia has a key top notch professional team which works along with her to help facilitate this process. She also brought her Lender in to service the Buyer, when there were some hiccups with the Buyer’s first Lender, this kept the sale together and we closed within our original time frame. Last but not least, one of Julia's main accomplishments was her negotiations with the buyer and her dual representation service which in my case it was a win win situation.
