Karon is a result-driven executive with an extensive background in sales, marketing, management and interior design. With her strong communication skills and excellent customer service, she is able to utilize and pool from many different resources.

Karon attended San Diego State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. She is an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority alumni.

Karon was C.E.O of two high-end designers, wholesale furniture showrooms located at the San Francisco Galleria and the Seattle Design Center. She built a world-wide team of manufacturers to be represented in the showrooms. She implemented sales strategies for 28 different major manufacturers located throughout the United States, Asia, Europe and Canada. Karon negotiated all corporate leases and is skilled in long-range planning for developing business plans and opportunities.

Previously, Karon was a Senior Account Executive representing Anne Klein, Anne Klein II, Guess, DKNY, Kenneth Cole and Private Label jewelry and accessories in all the major department stores in Northern/Southern California, Washington, and Texas. She was a top-salesperson and was responsible for the largest volume of business coming out of one sales area. Karon also was in charge of the Corporate Training Program.

Karon has lived in Northern California for the last 22 years and for the last 8 years, resided in San Mateo. Karon and her husband James, have 3 children. She enjoys supporting the local schools and volunteering her services in charities and various sports programs.

Karon is very excited to join the distinguished group at Alain Pinel. She looks forward to meeting and working with you for all of your real estate needs.
