Kata Kish

Kata Kish brings her enthusiasm and passion to each client and delights in helping them find a new place to call home.  Kata has years of experience with home purchases from beginning to end and is always the professional. Kata truly understands the emotional concerns when embarking on the adventure of 'moving'. Her negotiation skills along with her wisdom, experience and vision are the reasons that past clients keep in touch, and return with their friends. She has an extensive list of sources from professional & reputable inspectors, to Swim Clubs, a new Piano Teacher or a handyman. 

Kata has an uncanny memory, intermixed with a sense of humor, and that creates smiles and a remembered pizza phone number at the end of a very long house-hunting day!

Kata is just as unique as her name; chosen because she was born in Mexico City.  She has lived in England and Ireland, before moving to Michigan where she graduated from Michigan State University.  Kata married Bill, then settled in Orinda, California in 1976, raising Jeremy and Megan.

With these skills, talents and experiences, Kata has improved the plight of a frazzled buyer, or a worn-out seller, as they journey through the processes of finding and buying or selling in the beautiful Orinda, Moraga, Walnut Creek and Lafayette countryside.
