Kathy Bridgman

Since 1982, Kathy Bridgman has devoted her energy and full-time professionalism to the Los Altos community as a teacher and now as a top-producing real estate agent with Alain Pinel Realtors. Holding the distinguished Broker designation puts Kathy in the elite 15% of all Bay Area real estate agents with expert knowledge who hold this title. Kathys proven marketing skills and insightful knowledge of Los Altos and the surrounding communities has earned her the prestigious distinction of being a member of the Alain Pinel Presidents Round Table, which is comprised of the top 5% of all Alain Pinel agents. San Jose Business Journal lists her in the top 20 as real estate agents in the Silicon Valley. In recognition of her outstanding record as a top-producing agent, Kathy remains a continual recipient of the Los Altos/Mountain View Board of Realtors Lifetime Achievement Award. She continues to earn the high regard of her clients, colleagues, and community. Kathy was nationally ranked by The Wall Street Journal ranking to #2 in 2010 based on closed sales volume for 2009.

Underlying Kathys winning approach is a foundation of strong communication, leadership abilities, and a thorough knowledge of the area. A Los Altos resident for over 20 years, Kathy raised three children there and spent 15 years as a teacher and curriculum developer for the Los Altos and Cupertino School Districts. As an active community member Kathy is involved with the Community School of Music & Arts, the Center for Innovation at Foothill College, the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce, and the Los Altos Community Foundation and is an avid member of the Los Altos Country Club. All of these interests have allowed Kathy to establish a thorough bay area network of residents who know her well.

When away from her office, Kathy enjoys working out at Equinox Fitness, traveling, trying new restaurants, walking downtown for her morning coffee, spending time with her 5 grandchildren (all under the age of 4!) and is continually striving for the ever-elusive perfect golf score!
