Leadership, managing, coaching and teaching affords Karen with the tools to help successfully assist the Los Gatos Office, agents, and real estate clients.  She has an extensive background and experience in the real estate industry, as a top agent, opening and leading offices as a Managing Real Estate Broker, a Commercial and Residential Property Manager and a Regional Manager in charge of all Silicon Valley.  Throughout her career, Karen has led and created success for managers, sales executives and clients from Palo Alto to Gilroy.
