The Road Less Traveled

A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology, Linda began her career at the art conservation/restoration department at the Smithsonian Institution. This experience led her to obtain a Master of Art Conservation degree at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Internships at Harvard’s Fogg Art Museum and the National Museum in Copenhagen, Denmark followed. Through this training, Linda developed a keen eye for details and now applies this talent to buying and selling homes and investments for her clients.

Desiring to return to San Francisco, Linda established a private art conservation practice to meet the needs of private collectors and museums that did not have staff conservators. Accepting an invitation to join the Asian Art Museum, she learned the basic principles of building orientation based on Feng Shui (China) and Vastu (India) and now applies these principles to home and workplace. Making the move to the Operations Division of Charles Schwab & Company, Linda applied her project management skills and gained expertise in world-class customer service standards which she now uses as the baseline for executing projects and transactions in real estate.
