Lindy Emrich

Lindy McLean Emrich has been a full-time real estate agent for more than twenty-five years, specializing in residential sales in Marin County.  She has lived in Marin county since 1973 with her husband Peter. They have three children, Michael, James, and Mallory.

After working in international public relations and as an interior designer, Lindy entered real estate in 1974 and became a leading agent in Marin. She left real estate in 1978 to raise a family. Being a mother kept her active in the community through her children’s' schools, volunteer work and interior design consulting.

In 1989, when all three of her children were in school, Lindy returned to real estate.  She immediately won prestigious sales awards.  Her sales volume places her in the top ½ of 1% of agents worldwide.  She is one of the top 100 agents in California. Due to Lindy's distinguished real estate career and her work on behalf of her neighborhood and community, she received the designation of Senior Marketing Consultant. After a distinguished ten year career at Pacific Union with highlights  including the distinction of being named Agent of the Year and receiving the prestigious  "Agent's Choice Award," (voted on by her colleagues as the agent they most admired and respect), Lindy has now moved forward with her management team into brining Alain Pinel Realtors to Marin county. APR is the largest independent broker in California and is debt free. Lindy has continued her achievements and is now Alain Pinel’s highest grossing agent in Marin County. Lindy's success is based on her clients' satisfaction and, consequently, their referrals.  She has represented people with properties ranging from under one hundred thousand to several million dollars. She specializes in representing and selling many of Marin's most prestigious homes.
