I am known to have a “compassionate ear”; I listen, I reflect, and then I react appropriately.  I do everything I can to prevent and eliminate any potential issues that may arise through attentive, thoughtful listening.  My prior Human Resources experience and concern for people allow me to be a successful and respected Realtor.

I am a full time professional Realtor educated in all aspects of real estate practice and licensed by the State of California.  I adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and am committed to providing you with the highest level of service.  As a  prior member of the Professional Standards Committee at the Board of Realtors, being a Realtor with Alain Pinel, and being a Certified Residential Specialist CRS, I am part of one of the strongest networks of professional Realtors in Northern California, as well as nationwide. I am honored to be one of the top five realtors in our local office and I take pride in myself, my career, and earn my living by servicing the needs of homebuyers and sellers.

A native Californian, I have lived in Oakland, Castro Valley, San Leandro, and specifically the Tri-Valley area, including San Ramon and Pleasanton for the last 19 years.  My extensive knowledge about the schools, recreation, transportation, cultural activities, restaurants and shopping helps my clients tremendously while purchasing or selling a home.  Having purchased and sold several residences myself, I know the process from all aspects.  All this, combined with my years of experience in real estate, means that I know property values intimately. 

* Relocation Resource *

As a “Premier” Realtor with relocation companies, I know that addressing the challenges clients encounter when selling or purchasing property is paramount to good service.  I understand the issues that may arise when moving before the school year ends, renting before buying, as well as preparing a vacant home for sale.

I sell primarily in Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville and Castro Valley.  However, I know agents in many of the cities in the Bay Area, having met them through educational opportunities, classes, committees, conventions and professional organizations.  I am able to refer you to a qualified agent anywhere in the United States.

As a Certified Relocation Specialist CRS, I take pride in providing my clients with a level of service that goes above and beyond, as less than 5% of Realtors nationwide have their CRS.
