Michele I. Harkov

Professional Philosophy

Michele has grown up in a family owned Real Estate business in Chicago.  In addition to working in the family business she also worked for a franchised computer learning center in Chicago.  There she held the title of Training and Operations Manager where she worked hand in hand with the Sales Department to ensure the client’s needs were always met.  She left the Windy City for the sunny skies of California where she obtained her Networking Engineering Certification and has held the title of Sr. Systems Engineer and Project Manager with Sony Computer Entertainment America.  As a Project Manager and Engineer, Michele is quite used to working on multiple projects that deal with tight deadlines.  She worked closely with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR & IT departments in assessing their needs and goals.  She created accurate and detailed project scopes and managed various personnel’s to complete these tasks while also being technically involved in these projects as well.  Having worked with multiple departments she is a consumer conscious person, listens to her clients needs and meets their expectations with precision and attention to detail all the while helping them feel at ease throughout the whole process.  She has now come back full circle to the Real Estate Industry bringing with her all these successful skills and attributes.

Education

Michele resides on the Peninsula with her husband, 3 children and their loveable yellow Labrador Retriever.  Before she became a mother, Michele spent her weekends jumping out of airplanes.  She competed in several skydiving competitions where she took first place with her team and is also a Women’s Vertical Freefall World Record holder.
