Her #1 goal is to "de-stress" the process and work with her clients to meet their needs and concerns. The process one goes through when buying or selling a home should be as pleasurable as possible. She has earned her clients respect and friendship and as a result most of her new clients come from referrals from these special relationships.There are many issues that can occur during a real estate transaction and she depends on a whole team of professionals to help her facilitate this process. Whether it is the Title Company, inspectors, or trades people, she has formed an alliance with some great professionals that have proved invaluable in facilitating smooth and pleasurable transactions.
Marie has lived in Los Gatos for most of her life. She is married to Rick, a building contractor, and they have three married children and seven grandchildren that all live locally. They enjoy their free time with their growing family. They recently remodeled a beach "shack" that they have owned for years and love spending their free time there. Their daughter, Emily Barraclough, is also a real estate agent with Alain Pinel working in the Pleasanton office. Marie worked in retail and managed their rental properties before entering the Real Estate profession. They have been active in the community and been associated with the Los Gatos Lions Club for over 25-years.
