Mary Marley

Mary had over 20 years of business experience in management and sales before starting her real estate career. This experience serves her well in real estate. Mary’s business acumen and focus on customer service enable her to provide her clients with in-depth experience in contract negotiations, real estate marketing, the personal and financial aspects of real estate, and the management of complex transactions.

Mary’s specialized training and expertise help her to meet her clients’ needs: She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Broker (CRB); she is an accredited RELO Relocation Specialist (RRS) to better serve clients moving in and out of the Bay Area and she is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Her experience in helping her older clients and her clients, with older family members, make the right lifestyle change at the right time has proven invaluable. Mary has lived throughout the country and traveled worldwide. This intimate knowledge of other areas and her personal relocation experiences give her a unique perspective when working with clients. Mary is also QSC Quality Service Certified, as a further example of her commitment to her clients’ success.

Mary received the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors’ Lifetime Achievement Award because of her outstanding and consistent sales success over the years. For the past several years, she has been named one of the Top 5% of Realtors in Santa Clara County. Much of her success is due to her dedication to understanding her clients’ needs and helping them achieve their goals.

Involvement in the community and volunteer work are very important to Mary. Some of her community work includes: She is an active member of the Los Altos Rotary Club and was named Rotarian of the Year for 2004-2005 for her consistently high level of community service over the years. Her community involvement includes: past president and board member of the Los Altos Rotary Endowment Fund, member of the Los Altos Community Foundation’s Grants Advisory Board, past chairperson and committee member of Partners for New Generations, a non-profit organization, focused on helping at-risk children in our community, and committee member for the American Cancer Society Los Altos Relay for Life fundraiser. Mary and her husband are also involved in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training. Through TNT, Mary and Arley have completed many Marathons and have raised over $70,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Mary’s Mission Statement is simple: “Every client will be glad that they chose me as their Realtor, and in appreciation, every client will refer their friends and family to me. This is how I measure my success and why I enjoy my work.” Mary’s greatest testimonial is that over 80% of her new clients are friends and relatives of her previous clients who have been ‘wowed’ by their experience with her.
