Monique "Niki" Nickerson
Monique Nickerson’s solid reputation in Peninsula and South Bay real estate is based on over 20 years in the business. Monique’s personal network combined with Alain Pinel Realtors’ market tenure and brand identity gives her clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling a home. Monique does not measure her success by sales volume, but by the referrals she receives from her satisfied clients and colleagues.
Monique also possesses a creative style and an eye for maximizing the value of a home through interior design and staging homes. In fact, Niki graduated from the Heritage School for Interior Design in Portland, Oregon.
Having traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Far East, and having lived in England and on both the East and West Coasts of the U.S., Monique has a natural ability to relate well to all people and put their needs and desires first in their quest to buy or sell a home. Monique speaks fluent English, Dutch and German, in addition to French. When not actively engaged in working with her real estate clientele, she enjoys Interior Design, horseback riding, walking and volunteering at the Humane Society of Silicon Valley.
Monique truly believes in her mantra, “Matching People With Homes” and would love to help you achieve that. She has an excellent knowledge of real estate, superb negotiating expertise, active listening skills and loves working with sellers and buyers alike.
