A few differences

I help you zero in on neighborhoods you’ll love, and eliminate those you wouldn’t like– saving you time out of your busy schedule.
  • Of course, I’m always willing to expand or shift areas too.
I’m continually monitoring and calibrating market values based on regional, community and even neighborhood data.
  • I’ve worked through 4 big recessions and bubbles and know how to help buyers and sellers find right-price homes.
When problems arise, I’m able to solve them quickly because I’m creative, resourceful and tenacious—as my clients will attest to.
  • I enjoy a high close rate as a result.
It goes without saying that being a good negotiator is critical in real estate. Knowing when and how to helping with both parties achieve a mutual, successful agreement is something learned over many years, and I’m always refining my strategy.
I’m detail oriented. Every year it seems several more pages of document are added to the stack now required for real estate sales in California —yet clients repeatedly tell me how much more “on top of the specifics” they find me to be compared to other real estate agents.
  • In fact, I frequently find mistakes and omissions in documents of other agents, title offices and banks!
After the transaction has closed, I’m still only a phone call away. I like to continue helping —it’s one of the key reasons I enjoy so many repeat clients, and why so many have become friends.
  • My buyers get a portfolio of helpful reference documents and local resources.
As we all know, buying and selling a home can be stressful. What few people know is that it can be fun too. When clients tell me I made the process fun for them, that’s what keeps me in the business. And it’s why I’m always looking forward to meeting new clients!

* The finest compliment I can receive is a referral from a past client.
