Alain Pinel Realtors is extremely pleased to be associated with Patricia Briscoe. An integral part of APRs dedication to excellence is the collaboration of high caliber professionals. Pat certainly fits that profile, having been a highly successful real estate agent for over thirty years.
Pat started her real estate career in San Francisco with Hill & Company in 1972. After a successful sales career as a broker associate, which included managing one of Hill & Company's offices, Pat and her husband Larry moved their young family to Atherton. In 1993, she joined Seville Properties and worked with Randy Eyler. After her children entered pre-school at St. Joseph’s (Sacred Heart) in Atherton, Pat and Randy formed a partnership and joined Alain Pinel Realtors in 1997.
Pat offers a wealth of experience and expertise in the high-end residential real estate market, specializing in the communities of Atherton, Menlo Park, Woodside, Palo Alto and Portola Valley. At Alain Pinel Realtors, which has approximately 1,100 agents, Pat and her partner, Randy, rank in the top one percent of the firm in sales production. They were also ranked among the top 25 agents in the San Jose Business Journal of the top real estate agents in Silicon Valley as well as being ranked in the top 200 “teams” nationally.
“Real estate has been my career for 38 years. Many of my clients have become my friends. I enjoy working with first time buyers as much as I enjoy working with friends who are making lifestyle changes. I never forget that buying or selling a home is an emotional as well as a financial decision…..it is most likely the single largest asset for my client”.
Pat and her husband, Larry, have two children. Their son, John, graduated from Menlo School and UCLA and is exploring a career in marketing/advertising. Katie graduated from Menlo School and USC and is working in venture capital in Menlo Park. She will be attending the Haas Business School in the Fall. “The years of raising children have been the most fulfilling times for my husband and me….we are thoroughly enjoying our twenty-something year-olds and taking a break from paying tuition!”
