New Construction Projects …
Along with their busy schedule of working with individual buyers and sellers throughout Silicon Valley, Ray & Judy have represented developers in four major construction projects. In 1994, Classic Communities, 38 single family homes in Los Altos; in 1996, Chartwell, a 27-unit condominium complex in the heart of downtown Los Altos; Rosewood of Los Altos, a community of 14 luxury townhomes in north Los Altos completed in 1999; and most recently, Le Coeur de la Ville, a 12-unit condominium complex, on Second Street in the downtown triangle of Los Altos. Their expertise in listing and selling condominiums earned them a feature story in the San Jose Mercury-News the summer of 2007 about the issues with seniors who are downsizing from large homes to residences near the Village.

Ray & Judy have lived, worked and raised their family in Los Altos since 1963. They know the territory! They work with buyers and sellers in all price ranges throughout the Valley. They are just as comfortable preparing and marketing one of their listings as they are helping buyers make good decisions. They are in the unique position of having extensive experience and knowledge working with first time buyers, as well as, helping seniors transition to local retirement, senior housing and lifetime healthcare facilities. Judy has just been certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
