Experience - Rick has served as Marketing Director for several large corporate real estate developers/builders: The Irvine Company, Kapalua Land Company, Newhall Land and Farming Company and MCO Properties. He has overseen management of real estate brokerage and held real estate and general contractor licenses in Arizona. Rick was a design/build custom home builder with the motto "we build your signature home" and approaches real estate with the same client focus.
