Saratoga's "Azule" neighborhood is located east of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, south of Prospect Ave., west of Highway 85 and north of Cox Ave. The focus of the neighborhood is Blue Hills elementary School, which is in the Fremont and Cupertino School Districts has excellent school scores. Azule Park is adjacent to the east of the school
The area is actually comprised of several different subdivisions: Greenbriar (between Highway 85 and the railroad tracks) is accessed by Sea Gull Way; Georgetown West (North of Cox and southwest of the railroad tracks) has Freidricksburg Drive as it's primary street; Azule Homesites; Saratoga Estates and Kirkmont. All of these subdivisions are zoned for 10,000 sf minimum lot sizes, except Greenbriar and Georgetown West, which are 12,500 sf minimum.
Home prices are generally in the $1.2 to $1.8 million range and are in the 2,000-3,000 sf size range.
