Saratoga's "Prides Crossing" neighborhood is located east of Highway 85, south of Prospect Ave and north of Cox Ave. It's eastern boundary is Saratoga Creek and an irregular line that follows the boundary between Cupertino and Moreland school districts. The horseshoe shaped Country Squire Lane area across Titus Ave. and Christa McAuliffe Elementary School has Cupertino Schools. South of Bellewood Drive and a line extending westward to the freeway (in line with Bellwood) there are Saratoga schools and property values are somewhat higher than the neighborhood areas to the north.
Minimum lot size in Prides Crossings and Summerplace subdivisions is 12,500 sf minimum. That portion south of Prospect and north of Somerville Drive, including the Blue Hills subdivision, have 10,000 sf minimum lots. Saratoga Park is a 19 home, small lot, PUD on a triangular parcel south of Prospect adjacent to Highway 85.
Home prices generally range from $1.2 million to $1.7 million.
