San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo and San Leandro are towns just South of Oakland. Bounded by the East Bay Hills and the San Francisco Bay, they have a combined population of a little over 100,000. The ample supply of housing here spans the decades from the early 1920s right up to the present day. Most of San Lorenzo’s homes are ranch style, although many have been extensively remodeled and enlarged. The more dramatic (and expensive) homes are hillside contemporaries in San Leandro, which feature expansive bay and canyon views.
