After all, Steve learned sales from the bottom up. When you’re 12 years old in the Shoen family, you work at Mom and Dad’s women’s salon shoe store. Steve was honored early in his career by Coldwell Banker as A top 5% producer. Steve has been one of Marin's top sales producers ever since. Today, Steve is proclaimed by his clients as a marketing and negotiating expert.  He joined Alain Pinel in 2009 for their unmatched reputation and first-class presentation of homes.

In bad and in good markets, Steve sold 94.7% of 100’s of homes he’s listed. That fact has been of great benefit to his clients for the great peace of mind it has given them. When not helping his clients prepare their home for sale or closing the escrow, Steve enjoys playing his 5 string fiddle for Bread and Roses, a charity organization. He is involved in local schools and in his community.
