I met Stephanie in one of the Open House in Danville. Immediately, I was struck with her self-awareness and preparation – she had all the pertinent information about the Danville housing market along with her referral letters. I was amazed at her clarity on what she has to offer as a seasoned real estate professional.
At our buyers consultation meeting, she spent quality time gathering our likes/dislikes and preferences. Once she knew what we were looking for, she quickly narrowed it down on houses that we should see. She believes in quality rather than quantity – all and all, we saw about 8-10 houses before we found our perfect home!
Initially, we lost the house to another party due to deliberation on our part (we were late by a day to make up our minds). She worked very hard during this time and put a compelling case to the seller’s agent to put us in a back-up #1 position. We found Stephanie very diligent and critical in those moments and finally, after 30 days of hard work, we ended up getting our home afterall. We had lost hope on this house, however, Stephanie remained positive and never wavered.
She is very crisp in her deliverables and communications. Every email or phone calls were returned in a timely manner. She is the best at what she does. I met quite a few agents during our home buying process since I moved to CA from TX but never met someone like Stephanie!

The service and value Stephanie has provided us has been exemplary. The difference between Stephanie and other Realtors we’ve worked with over the past 20 years (15 real estate transactions) is that she put our interests, in this case as buyers, above all else. There was absolutely no pressure to close the deal. She added value every step of the way, from multiple offer iterations, to a ton of inspections reports, to lining up the gardener. In many cases having your agent “work for you” is partially lip service, with Stephanie it’s a way of doing business.
