Susan began her career in Real Estate in 2001, working with the #1 agent in Marin County at that time.  Two years later she joined Pacific Union, and she recently accepted the invitation from Alain Pinel Realtors to be part of their expansion into Marin County . While at Pacific Union, Susan quickly rose to the top of her company, earning their highest and most coveted Opus Achievement award in 2008 and their Agent Achievement Award for 2006 and 2007. Susan is currently ranked in the top 2.75% of all Marin Realtors, and has overseen transactions with both buyers and sellers in virtually every price range, from condominiums to multi-million dollar luxury homes.

Susan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and attended Duke University in North Carolina, but she has resided in Marin for the past 20 years.    Before becoming a Realtor, Susan managed West Coast sales for a prestigious, New York based company that represented high end, artist-created, home and personal accessories.   She also worked for years as a Corporate Sales Manager for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where she was trained in providing outstanding customer service while achieving aggressive sales goals.

Susan prides herself on her listening skills, her follow-through, and her desire to meet and exceed her clients’ needs and expectations.   Susan works diligently to keep abreast of the County’s current market conditions and housing inventories. In addition, she is knowledgeable about individual properties, neighborhoods, schools, commute issues, recreation activities and even microclimates within Marin County.
